Notes:
The problems that need to be resolved is first the segmentation of the LIMA from CT data that is taken preoperative and extraction of the visual surface from the CT data from inside the chest cavity to be used in the correspondence. To be able to superimpose the lima on it's correct posision we need to find the correspondence between the CT model and the camera view. After the correspondence is found, the last step is to superimpose the lima on the correct location on the videostream.
