Notes:
This image from an open chest surgery shows that a large part of lima is hidden in fat and muscles. The minimal invasive procedures uses smaller incisions or ports and therefore don't have the same overview as in the image here. The fat and muscles in combination with the less overview can make the lima very hard to localize.
