Notes:
The motivation for this project arises during minimally invasive heart surgery and especially during coronary artery bypass operations. The bypass operation is performed when one of the coronary arteries of the heart is stenosed, typically the LAD is stenosed and one of the IMA's is used as a bypass. Most commonly the LIMA is used.
As will be shown later this is a procedure that uses an endoscope.
